Featured Shelter Gerbil: Heidi
UPDATE: Linette has told us that Heidi has been adopted!Our current featured shelter gerbil is Heidi, a lovely little black female gerbil who is at the Tri-County Humane Society in Saint Cloud, Minnesota.
Heidi is about three months old, lives alone, and is looking for a good home and lots of sunflower seeds.
Heidi’s New Year’s resolution is to find a great new home. If you can help Heidi with her resolution, please visit her Petfinder page and contact the Tri-County Humane Society.

Heidi is so cute! I have a gerbil that looks just like her. Her name is Black Pearl - I adopted her from a gerbil breeder named Amy Paben.

Could you please post a picture of Nellie's grave soon, once you get it finished? I would be grateful of you if you could. But that's not all I wanted to say. I really wish I could get Heidi.. but my parents won't let me. I'm 11, but my parents say I'm too young. Talk to ya soon!

The last time I was at the pet cemetery, they didn't have Nellie's marker finished yet. That was before Christmas. I'm hoping the weather will be nice this weekend so that I can get out there and see if her marker is out yet.
Hi every one who commented. I live in St. Cloud. I will go check out the gerbil. I visted tri-countys site they have 2 females that need homes. Im hopeful that I can help them out!
