Updated Gerbil-Safe Exercise Wheels Tip

As promised, we've updated the Gerbil-Safe Exercise Wheels tip to include information about the wheels with the mesh surface that weren't available when we wrote the original tip in 2003. Hopefully the new tip will clear up any confusion about the two types of metal wheels, one which is safe (the mesh wheels) and one which is not (the rung-style wheels).
